Shipping policy

All printing printing is done in-house in our studio, at point of sale to ensure highest quality possible so you can be rest assured that your order will be handled with the upmost quality and care.

Prints are unframed (sorry!) - any frames and/or additional items shown in product photos are not included.

Prints up to A4 size are shipped flat and larger prints are rolled securely within recycled cardboard mail tubes for shipping to ensure prints arrive safely.

Items within New Zealand are shipped using Post Haste couriers at a flat rate of $8.50 per order. Free shipping within New Zealand is available for orders $100 and over.

Items being shipped to Australia are shipped using NZ Post at a flat rate of $28.00 per order. Free shipping for Australia is available for orders $120 and over.

Please allow 2-5 days for order processing / delivery - unless otherwise stated on product description (A1+ sized prints and personalised prints).

If for any reason your order has unfortunately arrived damaged, it is important that you please keep all items/prints AND packaging together - then contact us at hello@inkling.nz ASAP within 7 days (with photos of the damages where possible) so we can contact the courier for them to collect the damaged items and packaging; we will then be able to sort replacements for you. 

If you contact us outside of the 7 days period after receiving your order, we may not be able to do anything due to courier delivery clause - they require notification of all damaged orders/items within 7 days of delivery.
