RETURNS / REFUND POLICY

Printed / Shipped Orders
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item/s must be unopened/unused and in the same condition that you received it.

For custom and made to order products, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange for change of mind - so please choose wisely upon confirming order.

Damaged Orders
If for any reason your order has arrived damaged, it's important that you keep all prints AND packaging together and contact us at hello@inkling.nz as soon as possible and within 7 days. Please include photos of any damage where possible. We will contact the courier to collect the damaged items and packaging, and then look to sort replacements for you.

If you contact us outside the 7 day period after receiving your order, unfortunately we may not be able to replace your order due to Post Haste's delivery clause stating they require notification of all damaged goods within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email to notify you and also advise the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If we find the item/s to not be in original condition and/or unable to accept the returned item for refund, then we will advise.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within a few days of us advising the status of your refund, please double check your account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially cleared.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, please allow 2-4 working days in some cases - longer if during a public holiday period.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@inkling.nz so we can look into it for you in case something has happened at our end.

Sale items
All sale/clearance page items are final and cannot be returned for refund or exchange sorry.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged - this is due to the possible risk of prints being damaged in transit upon return to us. We are unable to approve refunds or exchange prints that are returned damaged.

You are responsible for shipping costs to return the item/s back to us, and should it be an agreed exchange for change of mind, then you are also required to pay any additional costs / balance remaining / shipping costs of the new prints you choose.

Please contact us at hello@inkling.nz should you still require an exchange, as long as you are aware of the risks stated above in doing so.

Shipping Returns
To return your product/s please contact us at hello@inkling.nz for further instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you have changed your mind. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping a returned item to us, we advise you to use a tracked shipping service and ensure the prints are securely packaged. We are not responsible or cannot complete refunds for returned items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
