SHIPPING POLICY

All printing is done in-house at our Dunedin studio at point of sale to ensure the highest quality possible. You can be confident your order will be handled with the utmost quality and care.

All prints are unframed - any frames and/or additional items shown in product photos are not included.

Large prints are rolled securely within cardboard mail tubes for shipping to ensure your print arrives safely. Smaller A5 and A4 prints will be shipped flat.

Items within New Zealand are shipped using Post Haste couriers at a flat rate of $8.50 per order. Free shipping within New Zealand is available for orders $100 and over.

Items being sent to Australia are shipped using NZ Post at a flat rate of $28.00 per order. Free shipping for Australia is available for orders $120 and over.

Please note we are unable to deliver to a PO Box.

Please allow 2-5 days for order processing. You will be notified when your order has been sent. Custom/personalised prints may take a little longer. These will be proofed back to you to ensure all the details you submitted are correct.

Please note that custom orders are not eligible for returns or a refund unless your print has been damaged in transit.

If for any reason your order has arrived damaged, it's important that you keep all prints AND packaging together and contact us at hello@inkling.nz as soon as possible and within 7 days. Please include photos of any damage where possible. We will contact the courier to collect the damaged items and packaging and then look to sort replacement prints for you.

If you contact us outside the 7 day period after receiving your order, unfortunately we may not be able to replace your order due to Post Haste's delivery clause stating they require notification of all damaged goods within 7 days of delivery.
